The Role
Reporting to the lead architect, the Architectural Draftsperson will be joining a skilled, close-knit team working on a fast-paced ongoing project. Duties will include:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using REVIT software
- Assist in the development of project specifications and construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and adhere to relevant codes and standards.
- Revise drawings and documents based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain organised project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
The Requirements
- Relevant Architectural drafting qualifications
- Familiar with producing technical drawings within construction fit-outs, alterations and additions
- Drafting knowledge of Flooring Finishes and Reflected ceiling plans including essential services
- Local Australian experience including council submission high advantageous
- Proficiency in Revit software (strong knowledge of schedules, phases, families etc)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Unlimited Australian working rights and located within Metro Sydney (essential)
