We're seeking an experienced Brand & Digital Support Coordinator to join a well-respected not-for-profit organisation on a short-term contract, supporting the delivery of an exciting brand and website project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised project professional who thrives on coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering successful digital projects that make a meaningful impact.
Working closely with the web development partner and internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate the successful delivery of a website and brand project from planning through to launch. You'll play a key role in keeping the project on track, managing communications, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless rollout that strengthens the organisation's digital presence and supports its mission.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of a brand and website project, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and project documentation.
- Liaise with the web development team and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and report on performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Coordinate comprehensive website testing prior to launch.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve technical or design issues to minimise project risks.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear, timely project updates.
- Demonstrated experience delivering brand, website or digital projects.
- A solid understanding of website technologies, CMS platforms or digital delivery processes.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Experience working within the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded, with an understanding of purpose-driven organisations and collaborative stakeholder environments.
- 8–12-week contract, depending on start date.
