The Role
Working within the maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for keeping heavy equipment and processing assets running reliably across a busy industrial site.
Day to day you will be involved in:
- Maintenance and repairs on heavy fixed plant equipment
- Fault finding, servicing and preventative maintenance on heavy machinery
- Supporting shutdowns, breakdown response and reliability work
- Working closely with operations teams to minimise downtime
Requirements
- Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or similar
- Experience in heavy industry — manufacturing, quarry, mining, logistics or large-scale industrial environments
- Strong exposure to trucks, mobile plant or heavy fixed equipment
- High Risk licences (or willingness to obtain) advantageous
- Mig or stick welding desirable
