The Role
The role will support the Maintenance Team ensuring all materials are available for all jobs across the plant. Duties will include:
- Managing the inventory levels of materials, ordering stock as required to ensure all maintenance task are completed on time.
- Staging materials for jobs allowing the maintenance team to efficiently carry out their tasks
- General stocktake and upkeep of stores
The Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ideally have experience of managing materials and stock however training will be provided with people with the right attitude
- Previous experience within an industrial environment, ideally heavy industry
- Strong computer skills
- Forklift Licence
- Strong commitment to safety
