The Role
The Production Operator is responsible for the day to day activities for Production include the compounding of jobs which occurs in liquids / emulsions, powders, or pre-compile. Responsibilities include:
- Following the batch sheet instructions for compounding jobs
- Driving productivity across the team (senior role only)
- Loading compounding machines
- Performing the required quality checks and achieving production schedule by working as part of a team
- Supporting the management team with achieving production targets
The Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience ideally from an FMCG, Hospitality, Chemical or pharmaceutical industries
- Ability to drive productivity for team to achieve targets
- Current forklift licence would be advantageous not essential
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to handle up to 25kg
