We are currently recruiting for a growing electrical and renewable energy contractor delivering commercial electrical, solar, battery storage, and EV charging projects across Sydney.
The business works with a range of well-known commercial clients and has built a strong reputation across renewable and energy infrastructure projects. With continued growth across the business, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Solar Roofer to support their expanding installation team.

• Approx. $85,000–$100,000 + super based on a standard full-time week

The Role
Working across commercial and renewable energy projects throughout Sydney, your responsibilities will include:
• Installing mounting systems, frames and solar panels on tile and metal roofs
• Carrying out safe penetrations, flashing and sealing to maintain roof integrity
• Supporting electricians with cable routing and solar installation works
• Assisting with battery storage and EV charging infrastructure projects
• Working collaboratively with installation crews to complete projects efficiently
• Following safe work procedures and installation best practices
• Working safely across active commercial and construction environments
Requirements
• Previous experience working on roofs (solar, roofing, HVAC, telecommunications, or similar)
• Comfortable working at heights and using harness systems
• Working at Heights ticket and White Card required
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Driver's licence preferred
• Previous solar installation experience highly regarded but not essential
