About the company
We are partnering with a well-regarded Not-for-Profit organisation based in the CBD to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a short-term contract assignment.
This role will play a critical part in supporting a large-scale trainee recruitment campaign, coordinating approximately 196 interviews over the contract period. We are seeking someone with proven experience managing high-volume recruitment processes who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Screening and shortlisting high volumes of applications
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
- Preparing interview schedules, packs, and recruitment documentation
- Managing recruitment compliance and administrative processes
- Providing support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment campaign
- Building positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders
- Assisting with recruitment projects and team initiatives as required
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Experience coordinating large-scale recruitment campaigns will be highly regarded
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
- Competitive hourly rate of $45 + Super
