Client Overview

A global luxury vehicle brand was rapidly expanding its Australian retail footprint. As new flagship studios and showrooms opened across multiple states, the brand needed talent who could deliver a high-end experience from day one. With simultaneous launches, new model releases and a growing national presence, the business required recruitment support that could match their speed, without compromising on luxury-standard service.

The Challenge

With several new studios preparing to open, the challenges included:

  • Urgent, high-volume hiring needs for Sales Associates, Sales Consultants and Studio Concierge roles
  • Tight deadlines, tied to showroom launch dates, national marketing campaigns and sales targets
  • Luxury-brand expectations, requiring candidates with polished communication, impeccable presentation and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Multi-state coordination, where consistency of hiring, onboarding and brand representation was essential.

The risk?

Delays or misaligned hires would impact showroom openings, customer experience, and early brand perception in an already competitive luxury market.
